1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Iris (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vortex Dynamics (“Vortex Dynamics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Vortex Dynamics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Iris is a private AI assistant platform that provides conversational AI capabilities, web search integration, and related features to registered users. The Service is operated on private infrastructure owned and managed by Vortex Dynamics.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
Iris is designed for security professionals, researchers, and developers. The following uses are explicitly permitted:
- ✓Penetration testing and vulnerability research on systems you own or have written authorisation to test
- ✓Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges and security competitions
- ✓Malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat intelligence research
- ✓Security education, training, and awareness programs
- ✓Red team and blue team exercises within authorised scope
- ✓General software development, coding assistance, and technical research
The following uses are prohibited:
- ✗Attacking, compromising, or disrupting systems, networks, or services you do not own and have not been authorised to test
- ✗Creating malware, ransomware, or other malicious software intended for deployment against real targets
- ✗Generating content that facilitates violence, terrorism, or harm against real individuals
- ✗Producing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors
- ✗Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
- ✗Violating any applicable law or regulation
- ✗Attempting to circumvent the Service's safety measures through prompt injection or other techniques
- ✗Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without prior written consent
- ✗Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Service
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including conversation messages, uploaded documents, and AI memory notes (“Your Content”).
By submitting content to the Service, you grant Vortex Dynamics a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim any other rights over Your Content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

AI outputs are not professional advice.
Responses generated by Iris are produced by a large language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional security advice. Always verify AI-generated information independently before acting on it.
Vortex Dynamics makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. Use of AI outputs is entirely at your own risk.

Vortex Dynamics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions in Section 4.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@vortexdynamics.ai. Upon deletion, your data will be purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Iris platform, its design, code, branding, and all Vortex Dynamics-owned content are the intellectual property of Vortex Dynamics and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Vortex Dynamics's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vortex Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Vortex Dynamics's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vortex Dynamics in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Vortex Dynamics does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vortex Dynamics is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory, as applicable.
